Job Description:
Coordination of all aspects of PR and means of Communication for the European Office, with the aim of increasing HU’s visibility among different audiences including:

• Development and maintenance of the European HU websites and HU social media presence;
• Coordination and preparation of relevant brochures of priority projects for use across the European continent and their translation into relevant languages;
• Coordination and production of relevant marketing videos and other marketing and event related materials including newsletters, leaflets, invitations etc.
• Assistance in preparing personalized annual reports and other cultivation materials for European donors.
• Working closely with local Friends Associations across the continent to guide and provide them with relevant PR, fundraising and Communication materials.
• Responsible for the European CRM and its use in relation to marketing and fundraising.
• Assisting the European Director in a range of additional matters as required.

Requirements:
• BA degree.
• Proven experience in a similar role either in a marketing or fundraising environment.
• Excellent ability in writing and editing of marketing materials and strong relevant technical abilities.
• Experience in maintaining websites and a strong social media presence. Advantage to knowledge of the Joomla Content Management System and/or similar software.
• Excellent English including proven writing skills in a similar environment.
• Additional languages a plus with a strong preference to high level French. Good Hebrew level an advantage.
• Proficient in use of CRM software systems as well as Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in an efficient and successful manner with excellent organizational skills and a passion for details important.
• Resourceful, responsible, good interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team and under time constraints.

Additional Remarks
• The contract is personal.
• Employees employed at the university will be able to apply if they have been employed at HU for 11 months or more.
• Candidates may be required to take an English exam at the required level for the position.
